The Brunei dollar, also called ringgit Brunei, is the currency used in Brunei, Asia. The currency was introduced in 1967 and replaced the former Malaya and British Borneo dollar. It has a fixed exchange rate to Singapore dollar (1 SGD) and is also a valid currency in Singapore.
